V.    All applicants must take into part that all sites will be evaluated at random.  Your site must be complete at the time of evaluation.  If your site proves to be incomplete, then you will receive notice and will be asked to ask to join again at a later date.  If this is a problem please contact support and make note of the problem and a solution will attempt to be reach to satisfy both parties.  

VI.    Notification of acceptance will take place approximately 1 week from the date when the application is received.  If you do not receive a response within this given time frame please contact support.

VII.    Please note that we reserve the right, at any given time, to remove your site, due to content or any other infractions.

VIII.    All sites are property of their respective owners, including sites on the GameNewz.Net© Network.  Please do not contact GameNewz.Net or the Dark Hunters Clan about questions regarding the site.  However, questions regarding offensive material/content, should be brought to the GameNewz.Net staff or Dark Hunters Clan leaders.  All cases will be looked into will all IP addresses being tracked for security.  All false leadings will be traced back to owner and proven offenses will be punished as seen appropriate.
